'Roger Taylor' performed by

Mick Gravee

Mick Gravee is a professional drummer and teacher. He gives clinics from the brands Zildjian, Mapex, Roland & Aquarian.

At the age of eighteen, Mick studied Jazz and Light Music at the Maastricht Conservatory. Since the age of twenty he has had his own drum schools, both in Roermond and Geleen (NL).

Modeling after the likes of Jeff Porcaro, Dave Weckl, Simon Phillips and Virgil Donati, Mick has developed an eclectic style over the years. Versatility is key to stay on top of things in today’s music!

In 2011, Mick won the Central European title at the Roland V-Drums World Championship. After this he was allowed to represent Central Europe in January 2012 at the Final Live @ The House of Blues in Disneyland Los Angeles. An experience he will never forget!

Over the years, Mick has had the opportunity to work with countless amazing musicians and artists both in the studio and live. A small selection of these names:
Dreamteam, Shirma Rouse, Maan, Leona Philippo, de Coronas, Anita Meijer, Universe, Bert Heerink, Tony Spinner (Toto), Jessie Galante, Dimension12, Andrew Gouche (Chaka Khan & Prince), Sun Caged, Ignazio Di Salvo, Joop Wolters & Marcel Coenen.
